Oragir.News-ի տեղեկություններով, «ՀայՓոստի»՝ թոշակը տուն տանող փոստատարները նոր հրահանգ են ստացել: Այսուհետ գումարը հանձնելուց առաջ նրանք պետք է անձամբ տեսնեն թոշակառուներին և խոսեն նրանց հետ։

Վերոնշյալն արվել է գումարների հնարավոր կորուստներից խուսափելու համար, սակայն նոր հրահանգը զավեշտալի, երբեմն նույնիսկ կոնֆլիկտային միջադեպերի պատճառ է դարձել։ Օրինակ, երբ փոստատարը հարցրել է՝ որտեղ է թոշակառուն, ցույց են տվել, որ պառկած է, իսկ երբ փորձել է խոսել թոշակառուի հետ, պարզվել է, որ առավոտյան մահացել է, բայց դիահերձարան դեռ չեն տեղափոխել։
