Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլին «Պիջակների գործով» դատապարտվել է ինը տարվա ազատազրկման։

Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել բյուջետային միջոցների առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացման համար։

Դատարանը անվտանգության հատուկ ծառայության նախկին պետ Թեյմուրազ Ջանաշիային մեղավոր է ճանաչել պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու համար և տուգանել 300 հազար լարիով։

Սաակաշվիլին և Ջանաշիան նախկինում բազմիցս հերքել են մեղադրանքները՝ ասելով, որ դատավարությունը քաղաքական է:

Սաակաշվիլին ներկայումս կրում է վեց տարվա ազատազրկում։ Նրա նկատմամբ նախկինում դատավճիռներ էին կայացվել երկու այլ գործերով՝ Սանդրո Գիրգվլիանիին սպանողներին ներում շնորհելու և պատգամավոր Վալերի Գելաշվիլիին ծեծի ենթարկելու համար։
