Решением мэра Еревана Тиграна Авиняна Арташес Мхитарян с 28 февраля освобожден от должности директора общинной некоммерческой организации «Ереванский драматический театр имени Грачья Капланяна».

Еще одним решением градоначальника на эту должность назначен Григор Хачатрян. Он будет занимать данный пост до тех пор, пока вакантная должность директора не будет занята победителем конкурса.
