«Հրապարակ» գրում է ․ Արմավիրի մարզում երկար տարիներ դատավոր աշխատած Վահե Խալաթյանի լիազորությունները ԲԴԽ-ն դադարեցրել էր 2020-ին: Նրա առողջական վիճակը վատացել էր, դիմել էր դատարանի նախագահին, նա էլ՝ ԲԴԽ-ին, ԲԴԽ-ն՝ առողջապահության նախարարություն, որ հանձնաժողով ձեւավորեն եւ եզրակացություն տան` դատավորի առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ: Սակայն հանձնաժողովը եզրակացություն տվել է մեկ տարի անց, մինչ այդ ԲԴԽ-ն շտապ կարգով դադարեցրել է նրա լիազորությունները` «էական կարգապահական խախտումների» հիմքով: Խալաթյանը դիմել է դատարան` ընդդեմ առողջապահության նախարարության, եւ հաղթել։ Նախարարն այդ ժամանակ եղել է Արսեն Թորոսյանը:
