Կարդինալ Ջանֆրանկո Ռավասին չի բացառում, որ Հռոմի պապ Ֆրանցիսկոսը կարող է հրաժարվել գահից, ինչպես իր նախորդ Բենեդիկտոս XVI-ը, եթե առողջական պատճառներով չկարողանա կատարել իր պարտականությունները։

Corriere della Sera թերթին տված հարցազրույցում նա ասել է, որ Ֆրանցիսկոսը ցանկանում է ավարտին հասցնել քրիստոնեության հոբելյանական տարին, որն այս տարի նշում է Հռոմի կաթոլիկ եկեղեցին։
