Economist: США могут ввести ограничения на военную мощь Украины

Администрация президента США Дональда Трампа может установить ограничения на военную мощь Украины в рамках урегулирования конфликта.Об этом сообщил британский журнал The Economist.

Отмечается, что Вашингтон «может попытаться установить нестабильный режим прекращения огня на Украине со слабыми гарантиями безопасности, которые ограничивают право Украины на перевооружение».Издание уточнило, что возможность окончания конфликта в подобном варианте должна побудить европейские страны выделять больше средств на собственную оборону.

В июне 2024 года президент России Владимир Путин на встрече с руководством МИД заявил, что Москва готова к урегулированию конфликта на Украине, которое предполагает признание статуса ДНР, ЛНР, Херсонской и Запорожской областей как регионов России, закрепление внеблокового и безъядерного статуса Украины, ее демилитаризацию и денацификацию, отмену антироссийских санкций.
