Նեթանյահուն Վաշինգտոն կատարած այցի ժամանակ ներկայացրել է Գազայում պատերազմը դադարեցնելու ծրագիր՝ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի իշխանությունից հրաժարվելու և նրա առաջնորդների կողմից գոտին լքելու դիմաց:
