Հունվարի 31-ին, ժամը 00:06-ին Լոռու մարզային փրկարարական վարչության ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Սարամեջ գյուղի խաչմերուկում տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏՊ։

Դեպքի վայր է մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ մարզային փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ։

Պարզվել է, որ «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածից և հայտնվել դաշտամիջյան հատվածում։

Մինչ փրկարարների կանչի վայր հասնելը՝ երկու տուժած հոսպիտալացվել են բժշկական կենտրոն:

Փրկարարները հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենան, փակել գազի բալոնի փականը, ավտոմեքենայից դուրս հայտնաբերել Հ․ Պ․-ին և մոտեցրել շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենային․ վերջինս հոսպիտալացվել է բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ գիտակցության չգալով՝ մահացել։
