Կենսաթոշակ նշանակող ստորաբաժանումը դիմումն ընդունելուց հետո` 10 աշխատանքային oրվա ընթացքում, հիմք ընդունելով ներկայացված փաստաթղթերը և պետական կենսաթոշակային համակարգի տվյալների շտեմարանի տվյալները, կայացնում է հետևյալ որոշումներից մեկը`

  • նշանակել կենսաթոշակ,
  • նշանակել կենսաթոշակ և տեղեկացնել կենսաթոշակը վերահաշվարկելու համար լրացուցիչ փաuտաթուղթ ներկայացնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին,
  • մերժել կենսաթոշակ նշանակելը:

Կենսաթոշակ նշանակող ստորաբաժանումը կենսաթոշակ նշանակելը մերժելու կամ անձին կենսաթոշակ նշանակելու և լրացուցիչ փաuտաթուղթ ներկայացնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին որոշում կայացնելու դեպքում հինգ աշխատանքային oրվա ընթացքում այդ մասին պատշաճ կարգով ծանուցում է կենսաթոշակ նշանակելու համար դիմած անձին` նշելով մերժելու պատճառները և որոշումը բողոքարկելու կարգը:
