Չինաստանում տղամարդուն մարդկանց դիտավորյալ վրաերթի ենթարկելու համար մահապատժի են ենթարկել

Երկուշաբթի օրը Ֆան Վեյկիու անունով տղամարդը մահապատժի է ենթարկվել այն բանի համար, որ 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերին Չինաստանի հարավային Գուանդուն նահանգի Չժուհայ քաղաքում գտնվող սպորտային համալիրում իր մեքենան միտումնավոր մխրճել է մարդկանց ամբոխի մեջ` պատճառելով բազմաթիվ զոհեր: Այս մասին ասված է Գերագույն ժողովրդական դատարանի (SPC) հայտարարության մեջ, փոխանցում է Xinhua-ն։

Այն բանից հետո, երբ SPC-ն հաստատել է Ֆան Վեյկիուի մահապատժի դատավճիռը, Չժուհայի միջանկյալ ժողովրդական դատարանը նրան մահապատժի է ենթարկել տեղի դատախազների ներկայությամբ, ասվում է SPC-ի հայտարարության մեջ:

2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Ֆան Վեյկիուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել վտանգավոր միջոցներով հասարակական անվտանգությունը վտանգելու մեջ։ Նա նաեւ դատապարտվել է ցմահ քաղաքական իրավունքներից զրկման։
