Հոգեկանի վրա առավել վատ ազդեցություն ունեցող սոցիալական ցանցը

Բրիտանացի գիտնականները պարզել են, որ հայտնի սոցիալական ցանց ինստագրամը սպառնալիք է հանդիսանում նրա օգտատերերի առողջության համար։
 
Լայնածավալ ուսումնասիրության արդյունքնում գիտնականներն հարցում են անցկացրել 14-ից 24 տարեկան 1500 մարդկանց շրջանում։
Մասնակիցներին հարցրել են, թե արդյոք օգտվում են ամենաշատ հայտնի 5 սոցիալական ցանցերից որևէ մեկից (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter կամ YouTube): 
 
Հարցման մասնակիցները նաև նշել են, թե նշյալ ցանցերից որոնք են իրենց մոտ առաջացնում բացասական ասոցիացիաներ, այնպիսիք, ինչպիսիք են տագնապը, դեպրեսիան ու մենակությունը։
Արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ հոգեկանի վրա բացասական ազդեցություն ունեցող ցանցերի մեջ առաջին տեղում է Instagram-ը, որին հաջորդում է Snapchat-ը։
 
Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս հնարավորինս քիչ օգտվել սոցիալական ցանցերից, քանի որ դրանք ուղղակիորեն ազդում են առողջության վրա։
