«Հրապարակը» գրում է․ Հայաստանի ազգային ագրարային համալսարանը 2021 թվականից կուտակել է գույքահարկի գծով պարտավորություն, որն այսօրվա դրությամբ կազմում է 547 միլիոն դրամ: Համալսարանի ռեկտորի պարտականությունները 2023թ. դեկտեմբերի 25-ից կատարում է Հրաչյա Զաքոյանը: Մինչ այդ համալսարանի ռեկտորն էր Վարդան Ուռուտյանը, որը 2024թ. հոկտեմբերին ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի թեթև ձեռքով հայտնվել է հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի կազմում:

Մինչ համալսարանի ղեկավարությունը տարիներ շարունակ ամենօրյա ռեժիմով թմբկահարում է «անկասելի առաջընթացի» ու «աննախադեպ բարեփոխումների» մասին, գույքահարկի պարտքն ու տույժերն օրական ավելանում են մի քանի հարյուր հազար դրամով։
