Համայնքային ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչ 66-ամյա տղամարդն իր բնակության վայրում ապօրինի պատրաստում և իրացնում է ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ:

Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ ստուգման նպատակով նույն օրը ոստիկաններն այցելել են տղամարդուն։ Տանտերն իրավապահներին հայտնել է, որ նկուղում ունի պատրաստված կեղծ ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ և դրանք պատրաստելու համար պարագաներ, որոնք պատրաստ է ներկայացնել:

Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում անցկացված զննության ընթացքում նա ներկայացրել է 7 շիշ օղի, 7 շիշ տարբեր տեսակի կոնյակներ, 5 լիտրանոց պլաստիկ տարայով կոնյակ, 4 լիտր պլաստիկ տարայով օղի, օղու 18 խցան, 390 հատ դատարկ շիշ:

Տղամարդը ձերբակալվել և կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացվել է Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժին:
