Պուլկովո օդանավակայանում այս պահին ուղևորները մի քանի ժամ սպասում են մեկնելուն։ Թռիչքի սպասում է 30 ինքնաթիռ։ Միաժամանակ, դեպի Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգ բազմաթիվ չվերթներ ձյան առատ տեղումների պատճառով փոխադրվում են այլընտրանքային օդանավակայաններ, հաղորդում է Ռոսավիացիան։

Պատճառը «Չարլի» ցիկլոնն է, որը քաղաք է ներթափանցել նախօրեին և բերել ձյան առատ տեղումներ, որոնք կշարունակվեն առնվազն մինչև այսօր երեկո»։
