«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության ենթակայության տակ գտնվող 3 կարեւոր կառույց այս պահին առանց ղեկավարի է։ Մասնավորապես՝ պրոբացիոն ծառայության, քրեակատարողական ծառայության եւ հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության պետերի պաշտոնները։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած լուրերի համաձայն՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը ներքին կարգով ասել է, որ մինչեւ այդ ոլորտը համակարգող տեղակալ չնշանակի, տվյալ ոլորտում պետ չի նշանակելու:

Այս տեղեկությունը փորձեցինք պարզել արդարադատության նախարարությունից, որտեղից ի պատասխան՝ արդարադատության նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Ծովինար Խաչատրյանը հայտնեց. «Նման խոսակցությունները իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում, ու նախարարը նման բան երբեւէ չի ասել»»:
