Աբխազիայի նախագահի պաշտոնակատարը ՌԴ-ից էլեկտրաէներգիայի հումանիտար մատակարարում է խնդրել, երկրում ներդրվել է հովհարային անջատման ռեժիմ

Աբխազիայի նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Բադրա Գյունբան դիմել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը՝ հումանիտար էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման խնդրանքով: Այս մասին Ռիա Նովոստիի փոխանցմամբ, հայտնում է նախագահի մամուլի ծառայությունը։

«Որպես Աբխազիայի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնակատար՝ ես դիմել եմ մեր դաշնակցին և ռազմավարական գործընկերոջը՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը՝ հումանիտար էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման հարցը լուծելու խնդրանքով, հուսով եմ, որ այս կոչը հնարավորինս շուտ կաջակցվի»,-ասված է մամուլի ծառայության հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Ամեն տարի նոյեմբերից ապրիլ ամիսներին Աբխազիան էլեկտրաէներգիայի դեֆիցիտ է ունենում իր մեծ սպառման պատճառով։ Աբխազիան էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարող Ինգուրի հիդրոէլեկտրակայան ներհոսքը նվազում է, իսկ ջրամբարի մակարդակը նվազում է։ Էներգիայի դեֆիցիտը ծածկելու համար Աբխազիան ստիպված է այն ներմուծել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից։

Ամեն օր էլեկտրաէներգիայի հոսքը հանրապետության վրա արժենում է 15 մլն ռուբլի։ Այս գումարը չի ներառվել 2024 թվականի բյուջեում, ուստի կառավարությունը դիմում է շտապ միջոցների՝ վճարման միջոցներ գտնելու համար։ Նաև էլեկտրաէներգիան խնայելու համար ներդրվել է շարժական անջատման ռեժիմ:
