Փոխնակ մոր ծառայություններից անցած տարիներին օգտվել է զոհված զինծառայողի 27 ծնող

Փոխնակ մոր ծառայություններից օգտվելու ծրագրից 2022 թվականից առ այսօր օգտվել է զոհված զինծառայողի 27 ծնող։ Այս մասին հայտնել է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը՝ առաջարկելով փոխհատուցում տրամադրել նաև փոխնակ մոր ծառայությունից 2-րդ անգամ օգտվելու համար։

Ըստ նախարարության՝ դիմող շահառուների թիվը 2025 թվականին առավելագույնը կարող է կազմել 2-3, որի դեպքում անհրաժեշտ ֆինանսական միջոցների չափը կկազմի՝ 11-16.5 մլն դրամ:

Ընդ որում, նախատեսվում է, որ փոխնակ մոր ծառայությունից օգտվելու ծախսերը երկրորդ անգամ փոխհատուցելու համար շահառու ծնողների կողմից դիմում ներկայացնելու դեպքում փոխհատուցումը կհատկացվի 2025 թվականին:

Հարկ է նկատի ունենալ, որ միջոցառման իրականացման համար ՀՀ 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագծով առաջարկվել է նախատեսել 82 մլն դրամ։ Ըստ այդմ, ենթադրվում է, որ նախագծի ընդունման դեպքում լրացուցիչ

ֆինանսական միջոցների հատկացման անհրաժեշտություն չի առաջանա:
