«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պետական գնումների կայքից տեղեկանում է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմը 700 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր արժեքով ձեռք է բերել 100 շապիկ։ 50 շապիկն արժեցել է 6500 դրամ, իսկ մյուս 50 շապիկը՝ 7500 դրամ։ Թե շապիկներն ինչի համար են գնել, պայմանագրում այդ մասին ոչինչ նշված չէ։

Վարչապետի աշխատակազմին զուգահեռ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը գնել է 10 կանացի շարֆ, որոնց մեկ հատի արժեքը կազմել է 10 հազար դրամ, ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ 100 հազար դրամ գումար է ծախսվել։
