«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության ՔԿ ծառայության պետ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանը ազատվեց պաշտոնից, և դրանով կատարվեց ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի երազանքը: Հենց Գրիգորյանի համար Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը դավեր նյութեց նախկին նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի դեմ ու պաշտոնանկության գործընթաց սկսեց ընդդեմ Մինասյանի:

Հիմա ողջ իրավապահ համակարգը սպասում Է, թե ում կնշանակեն բանտապետ, որ կարողանա այդ բարդ ոլորտը կառավարել։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած լուրերի համաձայն՝ իրավապահ համակարգում անուններ կան, որոնցից մեկը ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Սահակ Գրիգորյանի անունն է. շոշափվել է նաեւ ՔԿ օպերատիվ վարչության պետ Անդրանիկ Մելոյանի անունը. իսկ թե ով կլինի իրականում նոր գլխավոր բանտապետը՝ իրավապահ համակարգում շունչները պահած սպասում են»:
