2025-ին առանց մաքսատուրքի հնարավոր կլինի ներմուծել 8, 000 էլեկտրական մեքենա

Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է 2025 թվականին 8000 հազար էլեկտրաշարժիչով շարժիչային տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծման համար սահմանել Նախագիծը հրապարակվել է «e-draft» իրավական ակտերի կայքում։

Այս առաջարկը բխում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Խորհրդի 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ի N134 որոշումից, որը նախատեսում է Հայաստանի համար սակագնային արտոնություններ՝ 8,000 տրանսպորտային միջոցի ներմուծման համար։

Նախագծով նախատեսվում է 8,000 էլեկտրաշարժիչով տրանսպորտային միջոցի ներմուծում առանց մաքսատուրքի՝ 5,000 միավոր տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծման արտոնություն կտրվի ֆիզիկական անձանց, անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին և իրավաբանական անձանց, որոնք ավտոարտադրողի հետ դիլերական պայմանագիր չունեն, 3,000 միավոր տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծման արտոնություն կտրվի այն կազմակերպություններին, որոնք ունեն ավտոարտադրողի հետ դիլերական պայմանագիր և երաշխավորում են տեխնիկական սպասարկում։ Շահառուները չեն կարող օգտվել միաժամանակ երկու տեսակի արտոնություններից։

Նախագիծը նախատեսում է արտոնությունները կիրառել 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչև տարեվերջ։
