«Նոյեմբերի 24-ի գիշերը Պուշկինսկայա փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում քրոջ հետ խաղալիս դիպչել է ինքնաթորիչին, ինչի հետևանքով սարքից եռացող ջուր թափվել է երեխայի վրա: Նա ծանր վիճակում տեղափոխվել է այրվածքների բաժանմունք»,- ասված է բաժանմունքի հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Միջադեպի առնչությամբ հետաքննություն է իրականացվել։
