Նոյեմբերի 22-ին, ժամը 11:10-ին Սյունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Շամբի ՀԷԿ-ի մոտակայքում տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏՊ` բեռնատարն ընկել է Որոտան գետը. անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների օգնությունը:

Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ մարզային փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ և մարզային փրկարարական վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը։

Պարզվել է, որ Սիսիան-Կապան ավտոճանապարհի 17-րդ կմ-ին, «Iveco» մակնիշի կցորդիչով բեռնատար ավտոցիստեռնը (վարորդ՝ Ա․ Յ․, ծնված 1974 թ., ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի) դուրս է եկել ավտոճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածից, բախվել բետոնե արգելապատնեշին, վնասել Շամբ գյուղի խմելու ջրի ջրագիծը և հայտնվել Որոտան գետում:

Փրկարարները դուրս են բերել վարորդի դին և մոտեցրել դի տեղափոխող ավտոմեքենային։
