Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն անձամբ է վերահսկում ուկրաինական հակամարտության վերաբերյալ որոշումների հետ կապված հարցերը, Կրեմլում չեն նախատեսում դրա համար առանձին պաշտոն սահմանել:

Այս մասին հայտարարել է նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ» Նովոստին:

«Ընթանում է հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն, Պուտինը գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատարն է և նա է այդ ուղղությունը անձամբ վերահսկում:

Ինչ-որ հատուկ բանագնացներ մենք չունենք»,-ասել է նա լրագրողներին՝ պատասխանելով համապատասխան հարցին, թե արդյոք Կրեմլը մտադիր է հատուկ բանագնացի պաշտոն սահմանել ուկրաինական հակամարտության շուրջ բանակցությունների համար: 

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ հաղորդել էինք, որ Թրամփն Ուկրաինայի հարցով հատուկ բանագնաց կնշանակի:
