Նավթի համաշխարհային արդյունահանման մեջ Ադրբեջանի մասնաբաժինը կազմում է 0,7 տոկոս, ուստի անարդար է նրան անվանել նավթային պետություն, հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Բաքվում COP29 առաջնորդների գագաթնաժողովի բացման արարողության ժամանակ։

«19-րդ դարում Ադրբեջանն արտադրում էր նավթի համաշխարհային արդյունահանման կեսից ավելին։ Եվ եթե որոշ արևմտյան քաղաքական գործիչներ և լրատվամիջոցներ մեզ անվանում էին նավթային պետություն, ապա դա արդարացված էր։

Բայց երբ մեզ հիմա անվանում են նավթային պետություն, այսօր դա անարդար է և միայն վկայում է քաղաքական մշակույթի և գիտելիքների պակասի մասին։ Այսօր նավթի համաշխարհային արդյունահանման մեջ Ադրբեջանի մասնաբաժինը կազմում է 0,7 տոկոս, գազի համաշխարհային արդյունահանման մեջ՝ 0,9 տոկոս»,- ասել է Ալիևը։
