«Հրապարակը» գրում է․  Մենք գրել էինք, որ ՔՊ փակ նիստում ԲՏԱ նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը ներկայացրել է, թե ինչ վատ ծրագիր են մշակել իր նախորդները՝ հայկական արբանյակի հետ կապված, որի արդյունքում բյուջեից 8 միլիոն դոլար է մսխվել։ Նա, պարզվում է, շատ ծանր է տարել մեր հրապարակումը․ երեկ ԱԺ-ում հարցերին պատասխանելու փոխարեն նա թիրախավորել է մեր լրագրողին, «ռազբորկա» սարքել: Բայց զայրույթի ու չեմուչումի արանքում գրեթե ամբողջը հաստատել է․ «8 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրումով ամբողջ տիեզերքը նվաճելն անմտություն կլինի», մեր արբանյակի արած լուսանկարները չեն կարող աշխարհի մյուս արբանյակների նման որակ ապահովել եւ այլն:
