Իտալացի նկարիչ Մաուրիցիո Կատելանի աղմկահարույց ինստալյացիան՝ կպչուն ժապավենով պատին ամրացված բանանը, Նյու Յորքում կհանվի աճուրդի և կարող է վաճառվել  1,5 մլն դոլարով, գրում է The Guardian-ը:

Հեղինակավոր Sotheby’s աճուրդի տունը վաճառքը կկազմակերպի նոյեմբերի 20-ին՝ ենթադրաբար 1-1,5 մլն դոլար գնով: Գնորդը կստանա բանան, կպչուն ժապավենի մի գլանակ, իսկության վկայագիր և ինստալյացիայի տեղադրման հրահանգներ:

Կատելանի այս գործն առաջին անգամ ներկայացվել էր 2019-ին Մայամիում Art Basel ժամանակակից արվեստի ցուցահանդեսի շրջանակում: Այն ժամանակ Կատելանը խոստովանել էր, որ բանանը գնել է 30 ցենտով. ավելի ուշ ինստալյացիան վաճառվել էր 120,000 դոլարով՝ միջազգային մամուլում բուռն քննարկումներ առաջացնելով  ժամանակակից արվեստի ընկալման և արժևորման մասին:
