ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու «հաղթանակի ծրագիրը» շիզոֆրենիա է անվանել։

«Արևմուտքը շարունակում է առաջ տանել Զելենսկու փակուղային, ես կասեի նույնիսկ՝ հիմար «խաղաղության բանաձևը», որի նպատակ է հռչակվել   Ռուսաստանի «կապիտուլյացիան»։

Մի երկու շաբաթ առաջ էլ այդ քաղաքացին (Զելենսկին-խմբ․) հրապարակեց «հաղթանակի ծրագիրը», որը շիզոֆրենիա է։ Բնականաբար, ո՛չ բանաձևը, ո՛չ այդ ծրագիրը, ոչ էլ Ուկրաինայի ֆանտաստիկայի հասնող երազանքը՝ անդամակցել ՆԱՏՕ-ին կամ անդամակցել Եվրամիությանը, որևէ կերպ չեն մոտեցնում խաղաղությունը»,- ասել է Լավրովը։
