ԱՊՀ երկրներում ընտրությունների կազմակերպումը գերազանցում է արևմտյան երկրներում անցկացվող գործընթացները։ Այս մասին լրագրողներին ասել է ԱՊՀ գլխավոր քարտուղար Սերգեյ Լեբեդևը, որը գլխավորում է Ուզբեկստանի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ԱՊՀ դիտորդական առաքելությունը։

«Մենք հիմա ոչ միայն հասել ենք մի մակարդակի, որի մասին մեզ անընդհատ ասում էին և կշտամբում, թե ունենք ժողովրդավարության, բաց լինելու անբավարար մակարդակ։ Ե՛վ Ուզբեկստանում, և՛ ԱՊՀ մյուս երկրներում մենք ոչ միայն հասել ենք այդ մակարդակին, այլև կազմակերպվածությամբ, ընտրությունների բացությամբ գերազանցել ենք մեզ դրա համար հաճախ քննադատող երկրների օրենքները»,- ասել է Լեբեդևը։
