Հանկարծամահ է եղել հայ արվեստագետ Վահան Թելբյանը

Եգիպտոսում 61 տարեկան հասակում մահացել է եգիպտահայ տաղանդավոր եւ ճանաչված արվեստագետ Վահան Թելբյանը։  Հիմնականում որպես քանդակագործ հայտնի Թելբյանն իր ուրույն տեղն ուներ  Եգիպտոսի արդի արվեստում։ Քանդակներից,    նկարչական պաստառներից բացի  նա նաեւ հմուտ էր արվեստի ներկայացման (Instalation) ասպարեզում։  

Վահան Թելբյանը ծնվել եւ մեծացել է Կահիրեում, ստացել է մասնագիտական կրթություն, ունեցել է բազմաթիվ ցուցահանդեսներ։ Եգիպտական մամուլը նրան համարում էր երկրի առաջադեմ արվեստագետներից մեկը։ Նա նաեւ վաղամեռիկ արվեստագետ Շանթ Ավետիսյանի լավագույն աշակերտներից էր:
