Ռուսաստանի և Հյուսիսային Կորեայի միջև կնքված համաձայնագիրը ենթադրում է համագործակցություն նաև անվտանգության ոլորտում. Պեսկով

Ռուսաստանի և Հյուսիսային Կորեայի միջև կնքված համաձայնագիրը նախատեսում է խորը համագործակցություն բոլոր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ անվտանգության ոլորտում։ Այս մասին «Կոմերսանտ»-ի փոխանցմամբ,  ասել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը՝ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ, պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը կպատերազմի Հյուսիսային Կորեայի կողմից, եթե պատերազմ սկսվի Հարավային Կորեայի հետ։

Պեսկովը նշել է, որ«Համաձայնագրի ձևակերպումը պարզաբանման կարիք չունի։ Գլխավորն այն է, որ համաձայնագիրը ենթադրում է ռազմավարական խորը համագործակցություն բոլոր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ անվտանգության»,- ասել է Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։ Նա հավելել է, որ այս պայմանագիրը և դրա սկզբունքներն «առաջնորդում են Մոսկվային և Փհենյանին հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման գործում»։

Ռուսաստանի նախագահն ու ԿԺԴՀ առաջնորդ Կիմ Չեն Ընը հունիսի 19-ին, Պուտինի՝ Փհենյան կատարած այցի ժամանակ, ստորագրել են համապարփակ ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին համաձայնագրի նախագիծը։
