Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանը գրել է․

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ թշնամուն պարտված իշխանությունները ստորացումների հերթական չափաբաժինը ստացան։

Ցավալի է ու նաև սպասվող ագրեսիայի ահազանգ, երբ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ծաղրում է ՀՀ վարչապետին՝ «Խաղաղության պայմանագրի» շուրջ առաջարկների վերաբերյալ, մյուս կողմից միլլի մեջլիսի նախագահը վերջին պահին հրաժարվում է հանդիպել ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի նախագահի հետ։ Մի կողմից էլ թշնամու ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարում է Հայաստանի կողմից «ականային ահաբեկչության» մասին։

Թշնամու տրամաբանությունն առավել քան պարզ է, հասկանալի ու անփոփոխ։ Թերևս անհասկանալին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նման անլուրջ ու խոնարհ իշխանությունների գոյությունն է…»։
