«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տոների և հիշատակի օրերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 18-րդ հոդվածին համապատասխան` ՀՀ կառավարության 23.06.2005թ. թիվ 822-Ն որոշման համաձայն` հոկտեմբերի երկրորդ շաբաթ օրը նշվում է որպես Երևանի օր:

Այս տարի Երևանի օրը նշվում է այն նշվում է հոկտեմբերի 13-ին: Էրեբունի-Երևանը դարձավ 2806 տարեկան:

Այսօր ժամը 12։00-ից մայրաքաղաքի տարբեր վայրերում կանցկացվեն տարաբնույթ միջոցառումներ։

Քաղաքապետարանից հայտնել են, որ կկայանան համերգներ՝ ջազ, ռոք, դասական և էստրադային ժանրերի մեջ։

Կգործի բացօթյա սպորտային գոտի, կանցկացվեն գինու և գարեջրի փառատոններ։

Ժամը 21։00-ին՝ Հանրապետության հրապարակում, կկայանա օրվա գլխավոր միջոցառումը՝ եզրափակիչ տոնական համերգը, որտեղ ելույթ կունենան մայրաքաղաքի ամենասիրված արտիստները։
