Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ից արձագանքել են ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ. անվտանգության և ժողովրդավարության միասնություն» խորագրով միջոցառմանը հնչեցրած ելույթին՝ նշելով, որ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի եռակողմ հայտարարության կապակցությամբ արված հայտարարությունները, իբր, «իրականությունը խեղաթյուրելու փորձ են»։

«Հաղորդակցությունների բացման հարցով Հայաստանի վարչապետի հայտարարությունը, հղում անելով եռակողմ հայտարարությանը, հերթական անգամ ի ցույց է դնում Հայաստանի ղեկավարության ստանձնած պարտավորությունների անտեսումը»,- նշել են այդ երկրի ԱԳՆ-ում։
