ԵԽԽՎ-ում վրացական պատվիրակությունը բողոք է հայտնել առանց ադրբեջանական պատվիրակության մասնակցության Ադրբեջանի վերաբերյալ բանավեճերն օրակարգ մտցնելու դեմ: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Վրաստանի խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության անդամ Գիվի Միկանաձեն։

Նա հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանի նորընտիր խորհրդարանին անհրաժեշտ է տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել, և Վրաստանը պատրաստակամ է այդ գործընթացում հանդես գալ որպես միջնորդ:

Միկանաձեն նաև ընդգծել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի կարևորությունը ողջ Հարավային Կովկասի համար՝ հավելելով, որ Վրաստանը պատրաստ է իր ներդրումն ունենալ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ձեռքբերման գործում:
