Իսրայելի պաշտպանության բանակը (IDF) հայտարարել է, որ հարվածներ է հասցրել Գազայի հատվածի Դեյր ալ-Բալահ քաղաքում գտնվող դպրոցին և մզկիթին, որտեղ, ըստ նրա, գտնվում են պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ շարժման հրամանատարական կենտրոնները:

«Վերջերս, Իսրայելի ռազմաօդային ուժերի ղեկավարությամբ, ճշգրիտ հարված է հասցվել ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի ահաբեկիչներին, որոնք գործում էին հրամանատարական կետում, որը նախկինում դպրոց է եղել Դեյր էլ-Բալահի շրջանում Իսրայելի ռազմաօդային ուժերի ղեկավարությամբ և Իսրայելի ռազմաօդային ուժերի հետախուզությունը ճշգրիտ հարված է հասցրել ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի ահաբեկիչներին, որոնք գործում էին հրամանատարական կետում, որը նախկինում գտնվում էր Դեյր ալ-Բալահի Շուհադ ալ-Աքսա մզկիթում», - ասվում է բանակի հայտարարության մեջ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է պաղեստինյան Safa գործակալությունը, մզկիթի վրա հարձակման հետևանքով զոհվել է տասներեք անձ։
