Իսրայելի Պաշտպանության բանակը (ՑԱԽԱԼ) նախատեսում է լուրջ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել ի պատասխան Իրանի կողմից Իսրայելի ուղղությամբ հրթիռներ արձակելուն, սակայն այդ պատասխան քայլերի բնույթի մասին մանրամասներ չի հայտնում, գրում է Jerusalem Post-ը։

Իսրայելի պաշտպանության բանակը պարզաբանել է, որ մարտերը ներկայումս շարունակվում են յոթ տարբեր ճակատներում:

Գազայում և Հորդանան գետի արևմտյան ափին շարունակվող մարտերին զուգահեռ՝ Իսրայելի զինվորներն ու զինված ուժերը ներգրավված են Լիբանանում, Իրանում, ինչպես նաև Եմենում, Սիրիայում և Իրաքում գործողություններում:

Իրանի հետ պայքարը դիտվում է որպես ուղղակի հակամարտություն, և ակնկալվում է, որ իրանցիները զբաղված կլինեն իրենց գործերով, այլ ոչ միայն իրենց դաշնակիցներով Լիբանանում, Սիրիայում, Գազայում, Եմենում և Իրաքում, գրում են իսրայելական լրատվամիջոցները։
