Բրյուսելը ծրագրում է ԵՄ-ին անդամակցել ցանկացող  երկրներում ստեղծել ճամբարներ՝  Եվրամիության երկրներից արտաքսվող միգրանտներին բնակեցնելու համար, հայտնում է բրիտանական The Times-ը՝ հղում անելով իր դիվանագիտական աղբյուրներին։

Արտաքսվողների համար ճամբարներ կարող են ստեղծվել, մասնավորապես, Եվրոպային սահմանակից և ԵՄ անդամության ձգտող Մոլդովայում,  նաև Ալբանիայում ու Սերբիայում,  այլ երկրներում ևս։

Ըստ The Times-ի աղբյուրների՝ այս և միգրացիայի սահմանափակմանն ուղղված «նորարարական» մի շարք այլ լուծումներ կքննարկվեն   ԵՄ երկրների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ գագաթնաժողովում, որը երկու շաբաթ հետո է տեղի ունենալու։ Իսկ մինչ այդ «նախաարտաքսման կենտրոններ» ստեղծելու առաջարկը հոկտեմբերի 10-ին կքննարկեն ԵՄ երկրների ՆԳ նախարարները։
