Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարը Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը վերստին կրկնել է Բաքվի դիրքորոշումը, թե հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման գործընթացն ավարտին հասցնելու համար Հայաստանը «պետք է մեկընդմիշտ հրաժարվի իրավական հարթության վրա Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներից՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ մտցնելով», ինչպես նաև դժգոհել ռազմական բյուջեի ավելացումից, «հարձակողական սպառազինության ձեռքբերումից», փոխանցում է Ազատությունը։

ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 79-րդ նստաշրջանի բարձր մակարդակի շաբաթվա քննարկումների շրջանակներում Բայրամովը նշել է, որ անցած տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանը ուղիղ երկկողմ բանակցությունների միջոցով զգալի առաջընթաց են գրանցել կարգավորման գործընթացում, «մասնավորապես երկկողմ համաձայնագրի նախապատրաստման», սահմանազատման, «ինչպես նաև վստահության զարգացման գործում»։
