Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության մեջ փոփոխություններ են անհրաժեշտ, կարծիք հայտնեց Կապանի քաղաքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանը՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում։

Գևորգ Փարսյանը եկել էր Մայր տաճար՝ մասնակցելու   Մյուռոնօրհնեքի արարողությանը։

Ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ նա նշեց նաև՝ այսօրվա իշխանություններն են մեղավոր Արցախի կորստի մեջ։

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ Արցախի կորուստը կապված է այսօրվա իշխանությունների հետ»,- ասաց Փարսյանը՝ դրա հիմքում տեսնելով 2020 թվականին թույլ տրված սխալները։

«Վերջիվերջո, պետք է ասենք և ընդունենք այն հանգամանքը, որ Արցախը հայաթափվեց 2023 թվականին՝ գործող իշխանությունների օրոք»,- նշեց Կապանի քաղաքապետը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Սյունիքում տիրող անվտանգային խնդիրներին, ապա երեք կողմից ադրբեջանցիներով շրջափակված Ներքին Հանդում իրավիճակը Գևորդ Փարսյանը բավականին լուրջ գնահատեց։
