Կապանում 28-ամյա երիտասարդը հուշանվեր թղթադրամով գնումներ է կատարել մթերային խանութից

Սեպտեմբերի 22-ին ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնում հաղորդում տված քաղաքացին հայտնել էր, որ Ձորք թաղամասում գտնվող իր մթերային խանութից գնումներ կատարած անծանոթ անձը վճարել է քսանհազարանոց հուշանվեր թղթադրամով:

Ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանների ձեռնարկած միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված արարքը կատարել է Մեղրի քաղաքի բնակիչ 28-ամյա երիտասարդը: Նա Կապան քաղաքի սրճարաններից մեկում հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել է բաժին, որտեղ խոստովանել է կատարածն ու ներկայացրել դիմում-մեղայական:

Կազմված փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
