ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը սեպտեմբերի 12-ին զրուցել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ և վերահաստատել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կայուն և արժանապատիվ խաղաղության կարևորությունը։ Այս մասին ասված է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության մամուլի քարտուղար Մեթյու Միլերի հայտարարության մեջ։

«Պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Ջ. Բլինքենը զրուցել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ և վերահաստատել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կայուն և արժանապատիվ խաղաղության կարևորությունը։

Պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը ողջունել է կողմերի միջև վերջին առաջընթացը, ներառյալ սահմանների սահմանազատման կարգավորման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիրը: Պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը և վարչապետ Փաշինյանը քննարկել են հայ-ամերիկյան ընդլայնվող հարաբերությունները՝ ներառյալ էներգետիկայի, առևտրի և ներդրումների, ինչպես նաև կրթության ոլորտներում համագործակցությունը։ Պետքարտուղարը վերահաստատել է Միացյալ Նահանգների հավատարմությունը բարգավաճ, ժողովրդավարական և անկախ Հայաստանին աջակցելու շարունակական ջանքերին, որոնք օգուտ են բերում Հայաստանի ժողովրդին և ավելի լայն կովկասյան տարածաշրջանին»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
