«Հրապարակը» գրում է․ «Երկու տարի առաջ ձեւավորված 44-օրյա պատերազմի քննիչ հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը վերջապես պատրաստ է, այն հոկտեմբերին կներկայացվի խորհրդարանի քննությանը: Հանձնաժողովը, մեր տեղեկություններով, պահանջելու է զեկույցը քննարկել փակ ձեւաչափով։

Զեկույցը ծավալուն է, իշխանական աղբյուրները չեն ցանկանում բացահայտել դրա բովանդակությունը, սակայն հպարտանում են, թե զեկույցի հրապարակումից եւ քննարկումից հետո քրեական գործերի «տարափ» կլինի՝ որոշ նախկին զինվորականների մասով։

Ըստ ամենայնի, հանձնաժողովն ամեն ինչ արել է, որպեսզի 44-օրյա պատերազմում կրած պարտության գլխավոր մեղավոր կարգեն պատերազմի ժամանակ մարտի դաշտում կռված կամ որոշ մարտական գործողություններ ղեկավարած բարձրագույն զինվորականությանը»։
