Ազգային ժողովի սեպտեմբերի 11-ի նիստում առաջին և երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ու ամբողջությամբ ընդունվեցին մի շարք նախագծեր, վավերացվեցին համաձայնագրեր:

Երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունված նախագծերի թվում է «ՀՀ ընտանեկան օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» և «ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը, որով առաջարկվում է ամուսնության տարիքային նվազագույն շեմ սահմանել 18 տարեկանը՝ առանց բացառությունների:

ՀՀ գործող օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ ամուսնության տարիքը 18 տարեկանն է, սակայն որոշ բացառությունների դեպքում անձը կարող է ամուսնանալ նաև 17 և 16 տարեկաններում:
