Հռոմի Ֆրանցիսկոս Պապը Instagram–ի իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել Հայաստան կատարած այցի մասին։

Տեսանյութում ներկայացված է Պապի եռօրյա այցի ֆոտոպամտությունը։

Հռոմի պապի հայաստանյան այցը չափազանց հագեցած էր։ Երեք օրում կայացան հանդիպումներ պատարագներ, պապին ընդունեց Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը։ Ֆրանցիսկոս պապն այցելեց Ծիծեռնակաբերդ եւ վարդեր դրեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հուշահամալիրի Անմար կրակի մոտ, այցելեց Գյումրի:

Ֆրանցիսկոս պապն ու Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսը էկումենիկ արարողություն մատուցեցին Երեւանի Հանրապետության հրապարակում։

Այցի վերջին օրը պապը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում մասնակցեց կիրակնօրյա պատարագի, որը մատուցեց Գարեգին Բ կաթողիկոսը։

Պապը նաեւ այցելեց Խոր Վիրապի վանք, որտեղ 15 տարի պահվել է Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչը։
