Ոստիկանությունից տեղեկացնում են՝ սեպտեմբերի 4-ին, ժամը 22։05-ին խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով Արտաշատ քաղաքի Արազի փողոցում ձերբակալվել և բաժին է տարվել նույն փողոցի բնակիչ 59-ամյա մի տղամարդ:   

59-ամյա տղամարդը, լինելով ոչ սթափ վիճակում, ժամը 21։35-ի սահմաններում իր տան մոտ՝ փողոցում, երկփողանի որսորդական հրացանով վեց կրակոցներ է արձակել օդ՝ կոպիտ կերպով խաթարելով հասարակական կարգը:

Հրացանը և կրակված փամփուշտները վերցվել են: Արտաշատցի տղամարդը և կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
