Հրապարակվել է սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների կանոնակարգը։

Հրապարակվել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովների համատեղ գործունեության 7 էջանոց կանոնակարգը։ 

Կանոնակարգը պետք է հաստատվի ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից, ապա ներկայացվի Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ փաստաթղթի սահմանադրականությունը որոշելու համար։ Միայն ՍԴ որոշումից հետո կանոնակարգը պետք է վավերացվի ԱԺ-ի կողմից։

Փաստաթուղթը պետք է վավերացվի նաև Ադրբեջանում։

Հանձնաժողովների կանոնակարգն ընդգրկվել է կառավարության՝ սեպտեմբերի 5-ին կայանալիք նիստում։

Սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովներն օգոստոսի 30-ին ստորագրել են համատեղ գործունեության մասին կանոնակարգը, և հայտարարվել է ներպետական ընթացակարգերի իրականացման մեկնարկի մասին։
