Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն արձագանքել է ՀՀ վարչապետի՝ օգոստոսի 31-ի ասուլիսի ժամանակ արած հայտարարություններին:

Բաքվի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը նշել է, թե իբր պնդումները, որ Ադրբեջանի Սահմանադրության մեջ էլ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջներ կան, սխալ են։

Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Այխան Հաջիզադեի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի սահմանադրությունների միջև զուգահեռներ պետք չէ անցկացնել։ 

Վերջինս նշել է, թե անկախ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից՝ իրական և կայուն խաղաղություն հաստատելու պայմանը իբր Բաքվի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջների դադարեցումն է։

Հիշեցնենք՝ ՀՀ վարչապետն ասել էր, թե ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը Հայաստանի ներքին գործն է:
