Այս փուլում Հրայր Թովմասյանին մեկուսացնելու նպատակն է՝ ապահովել Սահմանադրական դատարանի կողմից ադրբեջանական փաստաթղթերի անարգել վավերացումը․ Էդգար Ղազարյան

Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Էդգար Ղազարյանը գրել է՝ իշխանությունները կոնկրետ նպատակով են հենց այս ժամանակաշրջանում փորձում մեկուսացնել ՍԴ նախկին նախագահ, ՍԴ դատավոր Հրայր Թովմասյանին։   

«Հրայր Թովմասյանին Սահմանադրական դատարանից հեռացնելու գործընթացն արագացվել է այն պահից, երբ ստորագրվել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանային հանձնաժողովների աշխատակարգը, որը պետք է քննության ուղարկվի Սահմանադրական դատարան։ Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախորդ կազմից (մինչև ադրբեջանաթուրքական հեղափոխությունը), մնացել է միայն Հրայր Թովմասյանը։ Այս փուլում Հրայր Թովմասյանին մեկուսացնելը նպատակ ունի ադրբեջանական փաստաթղթերի անարգել վավերացում Սահմանադրական դատարանի կողմից»,- գրել է Էդգար Ղազարյանը՝ սոցցանցի իր էջում։
