Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության ղեկավար Ռաֆայել Գրոսսին ասել է, որ պատրաստվում է Զելենսկու հետ քննարկել Զապորոժիեի ԱԷԿ-ում ստեղծված իրավիճակը և Ուկրաինայում ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի ներկայացուցիչների ներկայությունը։

Երեկ Ռաֆայել Գրոսսին ժամանել էր Կուրչատով՝ ստուգելու Կուրսկի ատոմակայանը։ Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նա ասել էր, որ Կուրսկի ատոմակայանը խոցելի է հրետանային հարվածների կամ անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի հարձակումների համար։ Ըստ նրա՝ Կուրսկի մարզում միջուկային միջադեպի վտանգ կա։

Մարզում զինված բախումներ են ուկրաինական ու ռուսական զորքերի միջև։
