Նուբարաշենի բանտում մահացել է 64-ամյա ցմահ դատապարտյալ

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ օգոստոսի 26-ին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում մահվան դեպք է արձանագրվել:  

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում բանտի աշխատակիցները նկատել են, որ խցում պահվող դատապարտյալ 64-ամյա Աշոտ Կնյազյանը մահացել է:

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել քրեակատարողական ծառայության աշխատակիցները, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ ավագ քննիչ Հայրապետյանի գլխավորությամբ:  

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ արտաքին զննությամբ դիակի վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել:

Դեպքի փաստով «սպանություն» (հանկարծամահություն) հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
